In Loving Memory of Jackson Colt Border April 8, 2015 – December 1, 2024
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Jackson, aged 9, on December 1, 2024. Though his time with us was far too brief, his light shined brightly and touched the hearts of all who knew him.
Jackson was a remarkable boy, full of wonder and joy. He had a boundless love for sea life and water, spending his time gazing at the calming movements, and could lose himself in the endless possibilities of Play-Doh, creating shapes that reflected his unique view of the world. Music soothed his soul & bath time with bubbles was always his favorite!
Jackson was deeply loved by his family. He leaves behind his twin brother, Waylon, who was not only his sibling but his constant companion. He is also survived by his devoted parents, Sarah and Chet Border, who cherished every moment with their sweet, spirited boy and who will forever hold him in their hearts.
Though Jackson faced challenges that shaped his journey, he taught us all about the power of love, courage, & patience. He reminded us daily to find beauty in the smallest things and to embrace joy wherever we could.
A celebration of Jackson’s life will be held Fri, Dec 6th, 4-5pm at Latter Day Saint Church, 3242 US-41A, Clarksville TN 37043. The family kindly requests donations to Autism Speaks in lieu of flowers.
Visitation will be held Thurs, Dec 5th, 5-7pm at McReynolds Nave & Larson Funeral Home, 1209 Madison St, Clarksville, TN 37040
While words cannot capture the depth of our grief, we take comfort in knowing that Jackson is now with his Heavenly Father.
Rest gently, sweet boy. You will be loved and remembered always & we look forward to the day that we are all together again.
