Jackie Sue Moore Cox, age 83, of Clarksville, passed away on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Skyline Medical Center.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, February 8, 2019 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
The Cox family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, February 7, 2019 and 11 a.m. until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home.
Jackie entered into this life on July 4, 1935, in Madisonville, KY daughter of the late Andrew and Annie Garrard Moore. She was a graduate of Morton’s Gap High School and retired from AAFES in Ft. Campbell, KY after almost thirty years of employment. Jackie enjoyed reading books in her spare time.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy Moore Littlepage, brother, Jimmie Moore, and granddaughter, Kristy Marie Babb.
Survivors include her husband of over sixty years, David Walter Cox, Sr.; children, David W. (Sandra) Cox, Jr., Pamula (Pat) Kluesner, Brenda (Hal) Block, and Sabrina (Jerry) McAllister; siblings, Dalphline Moore, Rayburn Moore, Annie Moore, Judy Moore, and William Moore, eleven grandchildren, and nineteen great-grandchildren.
