Jack Richard Loeffler, 72, Clarksville, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at his residence. A celebration of his life will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, November 21, 2011 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, Hopkinsville. Military honors will be rendered.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 12 noon Monday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home.
Mr. Loeffler was born January 4, 1939 in Lancaster, PA and was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Dorthea Loeffler; and sisters, Pat Schaefer and Barbara Weaver.
He was a Marine Corps Veteran and a retired account, having worked for Raytheon, United Engineers & Constructors. While enlisted, he was the recipient of the Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and the Rifle Marksman Badge.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Cynthia Ann Sundy Loeffler; daughter, Julie L. (Brian C.) Burns, Alexandria, VA; sisters, Jacqueline "Sis" Kegal, Wanda (Gary) Duncan, Dorothy (Oz) Arment, Sandy Branner and Michael (Karen) Branner.
