Jack D. Haddock, 62, of Clarksville died suddenly November 12, 2012 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home and Friday, November 16, 2012 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. EST at the Moore Road Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. EST Friday, November 16, 2012 at Lakewood Memory Gardens South, Rossville, GA.
Mr. Haddock was a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga with a degree in industrial engineering and was employed by Bridgestone Metalpha in Clarksville. He attended St. Bethlehem United Methodist Church.
He is preceded in death by his father David Haddock, Sr. of Chattanooga, TN.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Haddock of Chattanooga; his loving wife of 38 years, Phyllis Haddock; daughter, Alicia Dawn Siders; one grandson, Jess Siders all of Clarksville, TN; two brothers David Haddock, Jr. of Brentwood, TN and Michael Haddock of Harrison, TN; one niece, four nephews, three grand nieces & two grand nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
