Iva Wilson

Ms. Iva June Wilson, age 82 of Helenwood, TN, passed away on Friday, June 02, 2017 at Physicians Regional Hospital in Knoxville, TN.
A celebration of her life will be held 12:00 p.m. Monday, June 5, 2017 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Benny Torres officiating. Burial will follow in Peach Grove Cemetery.
The Wilson family will receive friends on Monday morning beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Iva entered this life on June 3, 1934 in Smithville OK, daughter to the late James and Iva Romine Brown. Iva was a director for Bethesda Mission where she volunteered her time to her community. Iva was a 50 year member of Peach Grove Church, and recently attended Helenwood Baptist Church in Helenwood, TN.
In addition to her parents, Iva was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald Wilson, son, Tommy Wilson; brothers, Arland Brown, James Bodiford; sisters, Vera Metcalf (John), Mary Koerner (Paul), Mely Waring (Ralph), Lucille Whitmore, Louise Riley (Fred), Louise Schwarz (Ferd); brother-in-laws, Ray Schwab, and Corky Wood.
Survivors include her daughter, Susan Swindell (Mark) of Oneida, TN; son, Donald Wilson of Erin, TN; grandchildren, Tyler Swindell, Preston Swindell, Brianna Swindell; brother, J.L Brown (Mary Ellen) of Rayville, MO; sisters, Clara Schwab of Lincoln, MO, Joyce Wood of Harrison, MO; sister-in-laws, Kathlean Bodiford, and Sharon Brown.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
