Irene Rye

Irene Rye, age 82 of Erin, TN, passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at NHC in Dickson, TN.
A celebration of her life will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 15, 2018 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Pastors Tay Joslin and William Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
The Rye family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., and from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service Thursday morning.
Irene entered this life on May 20, 1935 in McEwen, TN, daughter to the late William Lurton and Nannie Mae Hicks Holland Patterson
In addition to her parents, Irene was preceded in death by her husband, C.J. Rye and Brother James (Mack) Holland. Irene was a faithful member of First Baptist McEwen.
Survivors include her loving children, Kendal Carl Rye, Pamela Herbison, and Paula Pittman. Irene also leaves behind six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers will be Dustin Rye, Mike O’Connell, TJ Herbison, Michael Philbrick, William Hull, Tony Porch, and Daniel Phillips.
