Ira Allsbrooks

Ira Lee Allsbrooks, age 92 of Erin, TN, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Houston County Community Hospital.
A celebration of his life will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 11, 2019 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro Terry Mathis and Bro Roy Weaver officiating. Burial will follow in Lockhart Cemetery.
The Allsbrooks family will receive friends on Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service Sunday morning.
Masonic funeral rites will be held Saturday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home.
Ira Lee entered this life on September 22, 1926 in Nashville, TN, son to the late Arthur and Dona Allsbrooks. Ira Lee was a faithful funeral director with Nave Funeral Home for over 31 years, Past Master of Masonic Wisdom Lodge #300, and Clarksville Commander Knights Templar #8. Ira Lee also recently received his 50-year masonic pin with Wisdom Lodge #300.
In addition to his parents, Ira Lee was preceded in death by his brothers, Rupert and Jr. Allsbrooks; sister, Marie Weaver, and son Larry Allsbrooks.
Survivors include his loving wife, Carlene Allsbrooks; daughter, Sandra Farris (Russ); five grandchildren, Mitzi Maupin (Jeffrey), Lajuana Parchman (Scott), Dwayne Allsbrooks (Billie), Corinza Allsbrooks, and Shannon Mays (Larry). Ira Lee also leaves behind fourteen great grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers will be Vonn Selph, Donnie Simmons, Jeff Cooper, Vince Brooks, Ryan Campbell, Donnie Smith, Jimmy Felts, and Jimmy Byers.
