Hunter Blackwell

Hunter Herman Blackwell passed away Thursday July 5, 2012 he was born May 31, 1931 in Houston County, TN. son of the late Hunter Blackwell and A.Gladys Smith Blackwell. He was retired from G.M. and was a member of Peach Grove Church. He was preceded in death by his parent’s one son Stanley Blackwell and stepson Rex Hankins. A celebration of his life will be 1pm Monday at Nave Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tom Christian and Bro. Tony Baggett officiating. Visitation will be from 1pm until 8pm Sunday and 8am until service time Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Hunter Cemetery in Vanleer,Tn.Survivors include his wife Patsy Ross Blackwell of Erin, TN. one son Roger Blackwell of Brighton, MI. one stepson Jerry Hankins of Erin, TN. one daughter Darlene Warshum of Stedman, MI. two step daughters Pam Barfield and Joy Baggett both of Erin, TN. three grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
