Howard David Jenkins, age 70, of Woodlawn, passed away on Thursday, August 19, 2021.
David entered into this life on January 20, 1951, in Waynesville, NC to the late Howard J. and May Belle Fox Jenkins. David retired from the United States Army after previously serving in the Marine Corps. Afterward, he worked as a security officer. He loved spending time with his family and his dogs.
Survivors include his loving wife of 22 years, Margaret Reed-Jenkins; daughter, LeighAnne Collins; granddaughters, Amanda Sheffield, Ashley Hartsock, Allyson Collins; brother, Robert Jenkins; sisters, Ann Jenkins and Martha Good.
No services are planned at this time.
