Herbert Ewing Ellis, age 60 of Clarksville, passed away on September 11, 2016 at Tennova Healthcare.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Coleman-Tatum Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and from 1 p.m. until the hour of service on Thursday.
Herbert was born January 4, 1956 in Montgomery County, the son of the late Robert Eugene Ellis and Etta Marie Ingham Ellis.
He is survived by his wife, Moe Ellis; sons, Jonathion (Tricha) Ellis, Larry Stewart, and Jason Stewart; daughter, Elizabeth Ellis; brothers, Harold Ellis and Gene Ellis; grandchildren, Emma Stewart, Kyle, Megan, and Danielle Ellis.
Pallbearers will be Jason Ellis, Demas Ellis, Charles Ellis, Joseph Ellis, Jeremy Ellis, and Danny Kincaid.
