Helen Farley Janese

Helen Marie Farley Janese, 83, Clarksville, passed away Friday, September 23, 2011 at Gateway Medical Center. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, September 26, 2011 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Dr. Roger Freeman and Dr. John David Laida officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday and from 11 a.m. until the hour of service Monday. Helen was born February 6, 1928 in Sherman, Texas, daughter of Floyd and Mary Larkin. She was the retired owner of Clarksville Floor Covering and Floorz. She was also a member of First Baptist Church. Helen was preceded in death by her first husband, James D. Farley and her great-grandson, Crosse Farley.
Survivors include her husband Richard Janese of Clarksville, son Larry (Marilyn) Farley of Clarksville, daughter Marsha (Mike) Greene of Clarksville, grandchildren Leslie (Steve) Bennett of Gallatin and Scott Farley of Clarksville, great grandchildren Abby Bennett, Matthew Bennett, and Ethan Bennett, all of Gallatin, her children by marriage, Richard P. (Mary Ann) Janese of Clarksville, Dawnelle (Robert) Maffei of Sacramento, and Daria M. Janese of San Francisco, and grandchild by marriage, CPT Santino (Tryce) Maffei, U.S. Army, Ft. Campbell.
Pallbearers will be Scott Farley, Santino Maffei, Richard Janese Jr., Jim Amos, Steve Bennett, and Mike Greene. Honorary pallbearers will be employees of Clarksville Floor Covering and Floorz.
