Hazel Scism

Hazel Scism passed away Saturday November 3, 2012 at Signature Healthcare. She was born June 29, 1918 in Stewart County, TN. daughter of the late Benjamin Sonddy and Mildred Hackett Sonddy. A graveside service will be 10am Tuesday with Sis.Lela Roby officiating. Visitation will be 4:30pm until 8pm Monday at the funeral home. She was a member of Cumberland City Methodist Church. Burial will be at Cumberland City Cemetery. Survivors include three sons Benny Scism, James Scism both of Clarksville . TN. Danny Scism of Tn. Ridge, TN. one daughter Julia Delacy of Memphis, TN. six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. In lue of flowers donations can be made to Cumberland City Cemetery at Cumberland City Hall.
