Harry Steven Maki, age 72, of Clarksville, passed away Monday, November 7, 2022.
Funeral Mass will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, November 17, 2022, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Paul Nguyen officiating.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1 p.m. until the hour of the Mass at the church.
Harry entered this life on December 8, 1949 in Moss Point, Mississippi to the late John Otto Maki and Shirley Sumrall Maki. He was a member of both Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus. Harry obtained his Bachelor's degree from University of Southern Mississippi. He retired from Service Master, where he was a service contract manager. Harry enjoyed woodworking, grilling, playing with his dog, Caramel, and most of all, his family. He was a dedicated husband, loving father, and great friend. Harry was a genuine person with a kind soul, as a friend said “Harry was a man of good deeds.” He will be missed by many.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his twin brother, Larry Maki, and brother, Michael Maki.
Survivors include his loving wife of 43 years, Linda Proctor Maki; daughters, Bethany Maki and Sarah Maki; grandsons, Gabriel, Shane, and Brayden, and brother, John Anthon Maki, and his wife, Nell.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Haiti Mission Fund at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
