Harry Douglas Hurt, age 74 of Tennessee Ridge, TN, passed away Friday, August 13, 2021 Horizon Medical Center.
Harry entered this life on April 20, 1947 in Prestonburg, KY, son to the late Estill and Katherine Hurt. Harry faithfully served his country in the United States Navy and was a proud Vietnam War Veteran.
In addition to his parents, Harry was preceded in death by his daughter, Gloria Sryniawski, and grandson, Nicholas Patris.
Survivors include his loving wife of 33 years, Peggy Louise Hurt; children, Peggy Sue Jividen, Raymond Jividen, Katherine (Mike) Forbes, Jeffery Hurt; son in law, David Sryniawski; and brother, Ronnie Hurt.
Harry also leaves behind his precious grandchildren, Stephanie (Connor) Goodrich, Mathew Sryniawski, Christopher Sryniawski, Zachery Sryniawski, Ashley Vinci, Tyler Vinci, Joshua Jividen; great-gradnchildren, Victoria Marecle, Viviana Marecle and Joseph Jividen.
