Harold Richard Barrett Jr., 57, Clarksville, died Monday, May 4, 2009, at his residence. The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at McReynolds-Nave-Larson Chapel with Dr. Felts Dent officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday and from 2 p.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home. He was born August 15, 1952 in Buchanan, MI. He was preceded in death by his parents,Harold R. and Ruth Irene Carey Barrett, and his son, Harold Richard Barrett III. Mr. Barrett was a drywaller and a NASCAR fan. He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Gowen Barrett, Clarksville; sons, David Barrett, Clarksville, Michael Barrett, San Jose, CA, Mark Barrett, Clarksville; daughter, Theresa Barrett, Raeford, NC; brothers, John Barrett, Olympia, WA, Joseph Barrett, South Bend, IN; sisters, Barbara Fortier, Niles, MI, Nancy Pebbler, Buchanan, MI; grandchildren, Ryan Knigge and Devyn Knigge, both of Clarksville. Pallbearers will be Chris Knigge, Matthew Moore, Carry Whisanant, Brent Garwood, Patrick Lewis and Teresa Kaissieh.
