Gloria Richardson

Gloria J. Richardson, 81, Clarksville, died Saturday, December 11, 2010, at Spring Meadows Healtcare Center. A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Dr. Felts Dent officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday and from 11 a.m. until the hour of service Thursday at the funeral home. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Richardson was born March 18, 1929 in Stewart County and was preceded in death by her parents, William and Eula Fitzhugh Hooks; husband, Alvin W. Richardson; brothers and sisters, Bobby Hooks, Noreen Mencer, Dolly Heine, Ruby Graham and George Hooks. She was a Baptist and a homemaker. Survivors include her son, Keith Richardson, Clarksville; daughters, Connie (Ronald) Koczor, Huntsville, AL, Lori Ash, Las Cruces, NM; sister, Evelyn Bass, Clarksville; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
