Glennis F. Krieg, 96 of Clarksville, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at Walking Horse Meadows.
A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, October 2, 2015 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Kirby officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday and from 11 a.m. until the hour of service on Friday.
Glennis was born November 5, 1918 in Indiana, the daughter of the late Emit Flint and Mrytle Stockenger. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, George Krieg.
Survivors include her sons, Gordon (Marie) Krieg and Cloyd (Judy) Krieg; brother, Marvie Flint; grandchildren, Staci Miller, Jonathan Krieg, Ginger Dosier, Larry Krieg, Faye Welch, and Lynnette Walker; great-grandchildren, Emma Krieg, Jackson Krieg, Jessica Welch, and Mason Walker.
Glennis served with the bereavement meal organizer committee at Hilldale Church of Christ where she was a member, and was involved in other church activities. She was an excellent seamstress who loved and enjoyed her craft.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
