Gladys Conatser

Gladys Baggett Conatser, 79, Clarksville, died Sunday, July 27, 2008, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Steve Baggett officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday and from 11 a.m. until the time of service Tuesday at the funeral home. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born November 24, 1928 in Montgomery County, Tennessee, daughter of Isaac Asberry Baggett and Addie Lee Neblett-Baggett. She was a member of Mt. Herman Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William (Bill) Conatser. She is survived by her son William David (Debbie) Conatser of Nashville, daughter Shirley Ann (Paul) Connolly of Clarksville, brother Rodney Baggett of Clarksville, sisters Jewell Powell of Smyrna and Hazel Pepper of Clarksville, six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. Pallbearers will be Rodney Baggett, Gary Baggett, Greg Tumm, Tommy Powell, Dean Manners, and Harold Scott. Memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospitals, P.O. Box 742, Clarksville, TN 37041.
