Geraldine Puzon

Geraldine A. `Gerry` Puzon, 67, Woodlawn, passed peacefully surrounded by her family Wednesday, October 13, 2010, at Gateway Medical Center. A celebration of life service will be held at 3 p.m. Monday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Louie Montoya officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the hour of service Monday at the funeral home. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born August 28, 1943 in Quitman, GA daughter of Henry and Susie Clark Monk. Mrs. Puzon, who retired, was a long time intensive care nurse for Gateway Medical Center. She is survived by her husband, Leon P. Puzon Jr, Woodlawn; sons, Lawrence Puzon, Clarksville, Dennis Puzon, Clarksville, Gregory (Elizabeth) Puzon, Suisun City, CA, Leon (Joann) Puzon III, Clarskville; daughter, Theresa (James Mangrum) Materi, Hendersonville, TN; brothers, Paul Monk, Santa Rosa, CA, Ronnie Monk, Marietta, GA; grandchildren, Alicia, Davis, Stephanie, Megan, Carrie, Nikki, Leanna, Breanna, Dennis Michael II, Christopher, Gregory Jr, Ashley, Robin, Emily, Julia; and nine great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Lawrence Puzon, Dennis Puzon, Gregory Puzon, Leon Puzon III, Dennis Michael Puzon II, Joshua Hood, Davis Potts Jr., David Revell, and James Mangrum.
