George Lee

Walter "George" Lee, age 69 of Cumberland Furnace, passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Bro. Matt Honeycutt officiating. Burial will follow at Marion United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Monday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service on Tuesday.
George was born on December 20, 1946 in Montgomery County, the son of the late Walter Lee and Pinkie Jones. He was a member of Rock Springs Freewill Baptist Church and worked as a backhoe operator for Clarksville Gas and Water.
Survivors include his wife, Rosemary Hodges Lee; son, James Alan Lee; daughter, Jasmone Kenyatta Lee; brother, Jimmy Lee; sister, Carrie Sherwood; several nieces and nephews; numerous cousins.
Pallbearers will be Alan Lee, Richie Tuberville, Billy Hodges, Darrell Rye, Frank Smith, Jeremy Ogg, Weldon Tuberville, and Staley Forsythe.
