Geneva Brake

Elsa Geneva Gann Brake 81, of Erin, Tn. passed away Friday January 25, 2013 at Patient’s Choice Medical Center. A celebration of her life will be 2pm Monday at Nave Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jay Wilburn officiating. Visitation will be from 3:30pm until 8pm Sunday and from 8am until service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Brakeview Cemetery. She was born September 26, 1931 in Stewart County, TN. daughter of the late Hobert Ellis Gann and Pauline Odom Mathis .She was preceded in death by her husband John Henry Brake Jr., brothers Roy, David, Eddie and sister Margie. She was a member of Elk Creek Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters Sharon Campbell, Nancy Hollis, Sara Black, Paula Brake, sons Glenn Brake, Anthony Brake, Brett Brake, nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren, one sister Barbara Schmidt, two brothers Douglas Gann, Clay Mathis. Pallbearers will be her nephews.
