Gene Raymond Moody, Jr., 54, Clarksville, died Tuesday, April 13, 2010, at in Clarksville. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 26, 2010 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, Hopkinsville, KY with Keith Sage officiating. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born February 23, 1956 in Fort Devens, MA. Mr. Moody was a construction worker and a U.S. Air Force Veteran. Survivors include his father, Gene Moody Sr., step-mother, Joy Hilliard Moody, both of Clarksville; mother, Mary Burnham Perry, Ormand Beach, FL; sons, Gene Raymond Moody III, Cleveland, TN, Jason Moody, Jessee Moody, Wells, ME; daughter, Sky Marie Moody, Franklin, KY; brother, Glenn Warren Moody, Clarksville; sister, Vicki Jayne Moody, Clarksville; and four grandchildren. He was preceeded in death by his step-father Leroy Perry. Pallbearers are Thomas Busbin, Jerry Peveler, Jonathan Doke, Glenn Moody, Nick Moody, Curtis Griffin.
