He was a baptist and a member of Queen City Mansonic Lodge #761. He was also the owner of Cash Flow Pawn Shop. Survivors include, wife, Peggy Council Hall, Son, Darby Hall (Barbara), daughter, Robin Hall, Lynne Halliburton Yarbrough (Russell), Step-son, Ricky Stafford(Kathy), step-daughter, Debbie Stafford, former son-in-law, Jeff fletcher, brother, Robert Hall, Sister, June Hall, Grandsons, Andrew Scott Hall, J.
