Gary Hughes

Gary Hughes, 47, Clarksville, died Thursday, December 17, 2009, at Skyline Medical Center, Nashville, TN. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Russellville, KY. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Saturday and from 12 - 2 p.m. Sunday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel. He was born September 8, 1962 in Russellville, KY and was preceded in death by his father, Robert H. Hughes, and sister, Shirley J. Hughes. Mr. Hughes was employed by Cole Park Golf Course, a Baptist and a supporter of Bikers Who Care. Survivors include his mother, Linda Jones Bachhofer, step-father, Dale Bachhofer, son, Ross Hughes, daughter, Carrisa Hughes, brothers, Robert Hughes and Donny Hughes, all of Clarskville; granddaughter, Aubrey Hughes, Hopkinsville; aunt, Dorris Thompson, Merridian, MS; uncles, Steve Jones, Bowling Green, KY and Robert Jones, Woodbury, TN. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2000 Charlotte Avenue, Nashville, TN 37203.
