Gary Denton

Gary Dale Denton, 59, Clarksville, died Tuesday, September 7, 2010, at his residence. A celebration of life service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at McReynolds Nave Larson Chapel. Burial will be in Resthaven with Military Honors. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday and from 1 p.m. until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Denton was born in Montgomery County, October 10, 1950, the son of the late Dorris and Ara Lucille Denton. He was preceded in death by his brother, Russell Denton. He was retired from Jostens Printiing Company, a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in Vietnam. Mr. Denton was a Christian and also enjoyed the outdoors. He is survived by many cousins and friends that loved him. He will be missed by his family and friends that are left behind. Pallbearers will be Phillip Hembree, Billy Dean Musser, John Claxton, Jeff Denton, Nick Hull and Mark Reynolds.
