Gary Brooks

Gary Norman Brooks 62 passed away Sunday December 22, 2013 at Vanderbilt Medical Center. He was born March 30, 1951 in Erin, TN. son of the late Lester Brooks and Gladys Allsbrooks Brooks. He was retired from Triumph Aero structures Vought Aircraft Division. A celebration of his life will be 10am Saturday at Nave Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ernie Arnold officiating. Visitation will be from 4:30pm until 8pm Friday and from 8am until service time Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Survivors include his Fiancé Lisa Russell her daughter Jennifer Gallahar ,and grandchildren Jacy, Laney; one son Garrett Brooks, one daughter Jessica Richards; two brothers Edward Brooks, Garland Brooks; four sisters Mildred Selph, Glenda Wyatt, Patty Brooks, Sondra Hamilton, and seven grandchildren Shiloh, Georgia, Gage, Connor, Collin, Cooper, and Cohen. Pallbearers will be Connor Cathey, Collin Richards, Cooper Richards, Brandon Hamilton, Edward Brooks II, Von Selph, Freddie Finley, Jim Bo Brooks, and Birdie Black.
