Garnet Beatrice Harper, age 87, of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, October 27, 2013.
Service times to be announced. Burial will be in the Shinn Cemetery, Jackson County, West Virginia.
Garnet was born on July 8, 1926 in Charleston, WV, daughter to Delbert Rance Matthews and Lakie Ava Pritt. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Wayne Harper. Survivors include her daughters, Aprile Cacal and her husband Rick of Clarksville and Deborah Buchanan and her husband Tom of Barberton, OH; her siblings, Ava Carney, Estelle Brown, Wilma Asbury, and Gary Pritt. She was the loving grandmother of Rodney W. Cacal and Nicole Meyer.
