Fredrick Seay

Fredrick (Fred) Ray Seay, of Stewart, TN, passed away on April 24, 2015.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2015 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Ferrell, Rev. Beverly Dycus, and Rev. Denise Settle officiating. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. immediately preceding the service. Private burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery.
Fred is preceded in death by his wife of forty one years, Kathy. He is survived by his loving family: daughter, Andrea Seay; father and mother, Rip and Carlene Seay; brother, Mike Seay; sister, Debbie Adams; nephews, Stephen and Aaron Seay; sister-in-law, Caroline Goodgion; niece, DJ Babbitt and nephew, Dallon Babbitt.
Fred was born on July 19 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Fred was a graduate of Austin Peay State University and had a successful career in banking in Clovis, New Mexico. Fred and Kathy retired to Tennessee, where they enjoyed working in the community and church, traveling and spending time with family. Fred attended the Erin Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a contribution to the Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center or your favorite charity.
