Frank Ray

Frank Lugary Ray, age 78 of Erin, TN, passed away November 22, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 27, 2021 at the Chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Ray Bradley and Bro. Don Gibbs officiating. Burial will follow in Sherwood Cemetery. Masonic Funeral Services will be held 7:00 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home.
The Ray family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and again from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday morning.
Frank entered this life on August 8, 1943 in Cadiz, KY, son to the late Elvis and Anna Lucille Ray Mosier. Frank was a faithful member and Past Master of Wisdom Lodge 300 with 43 years of service, a proud member of the Order of the Eastern Star and a member of Shriners International. Frank retired from TVA Cumberland City as a machinist and loved working with his cows. He attended Cross Roads Church and will be greatly missed.
In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his daughter, Angie Ray, and brother, Lg Ray.
Survivors include his loving wife of 58 years, Cathy Ray; children, William Gary (Kim) Ray, Frank Barry (Rachelle) Ray; siblings, James (Judy) Ray, Billy (Jill) Ray; and sister-in-law, Estelle Ray. Frank also leaves behind his precious grandchildren, Kimberly (Chad) Rector, Brandon (Amber) Ray, Justin (Candice) Ray, Shelby (Wesley) Key, Bethany (Charlie) England; great-grandchildren, Lexie Rector, Landon Rector, Alex Guire, Jace England, Maverick Ray, Cassidy Ray; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
