Frances Smith

Frances M. Smith, 80, Palmyra, died Wednesday, January 23, 2008, at her home. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with the Revs. John Black and Paul Gray officiating. Burial will be in Baggett's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday and from 12 noon until the time of service Friday at the funeral home. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born December 12, 1927 in Montgomery Co., TN, daughter of Epps Mockabee and Dorothy Davis Mockabee. Mrs. Smith was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church. Survivors include sons Larry R. (Wanda) Smith of Chattanooga, Robert W. Smith of Clarksville, and an aunt, Grace Wyatt, of Clarksville. Pallbearers will be Edmund Terrell, David Terrell, Tim Amyx, Martin Rittenberry, Paul Clark, Mike Patrick, Bill Baggett and Steve Perkins.
