Frances was born in Clarksville on June 29, 1923 to the late John and Tera Allen. She was of the Methodist Faith. She is survived by her son Jeff Parrish; daughter, Becky (Warren) Reasor; grandchildren, Joshua Parrish, Michael Parrish, Jeffery Parrish, Jean Parrish, Jonathan Reasor, and Matthew Reasor.
