Flossie Bell Young, 87, formerly of Clarksville, departed this life on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Delmar Gardens of Dardenne Praire, Missouri.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Harwell officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
Flossie entered this life in Stewart County, Tennessee on February 5, 1925 to Alvin and Cordele Wilson Peacher. She was the consummate homemaker and a loving wife and mother. Flossie was a member of the Hillcrest Baptist Church.
She rejoins her husband, Floyd Young, who preceded her in death in 2008. Flossie is survived by her loving daughter, Nona Robbins and her husband Doyle of Lake St. Louis, Missouri.
