Ezra Gulledge

Ezra Barron Gulledge, 82, Clarksville, died Wednesday, July 21, 2010, at Centennial Medical Center, Nashville. A celebration of life service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Fletcher-Paisley Funeral Home, Thomaston, GA. Burial will be in High Shoals Church Cemetery, Lamar County, GA. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday at Fletcher-Paisley Funeral Home, Thomaston, GA. He was born January 7, 1928 in Lamar County, GA and was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Warren and Mattie Lizzie Ferguson Gulledge; son, Larry Gulledge; daughter, Brenda Huggins; four brothers and three sisters. Mr. Gulledge was retired from Civil Service where he was a waste water supervisor. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran, and a Baptist. Survivors include his sons, David T. Gulledge and Wayne B. Gulledge; daughter, Jennifer G. Sanders; ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
