Evelyn G.S. Prost, 64, Clarksville, died Friday, May 22, 2009, at Alive Hospice at Skyline in Madison. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Ted Denny officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. Tuesday and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
She was born March 12, 1945 in Czechoslovakia and the widow of Ralph I. Prost. Mrs. Prost was formerly a senior bank teller for Northern Bank, a member of the Eastern Star, Fraternal Order of Police Ladies Auxillary and the Edelweiss Club.
She is survived by her daughter, Pamela C. Prost, Clarksville; granddaughter, Kali Brown, Clarksville. Pallbearers will be Rick Reda, Mike Harrison, Eddie Petersen, Kenny Austion, Milan Lewis and Orville Lewis.
