Eugene Wynn, age 71 of Clarksville, went to be with the Lord on June 30, 2014
A celebration of life service will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Dr. Felts Dent officiating. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West with military honors.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday and from 9:30 until the hour of service on Thursday at the funeral home.
Eugene was born on July 27, 1942 in Harlan, Kentucky, son of the late Wright Wynn and Maude Oakley Wynn. He was a Vietnam Veteran of the U.S. Army and the Air Force and was the recipient of numerous awards. Eugene was a member of First Baptist Church and enjoyed sports, reading and fishing. He retired from Civil Service at Fort Campbell.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother and sister-in-law who raised him, Claude and Pacie Wynn.
He is survived by his wife Carol Wynn; daughter, Annette (John) Marzahl; sons, Michael E. (Joni) Wynn, Anthony Wynn, and Jeffery (Dawna) Wynn; daughter-in-law, Tonya Morton Wynn; grandchildren, Karl, Meira, Michael, Matthew, Dillon, Makayla, Cody, Jonathan, Brittney, Brandy, Courtney, Jessica, and Alexis.
