Ethel Hooper

Ethel Mae Hooper, age 85 of Erin, TN, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN.
A celebration of her life will be held 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Wallace officiating. Burial will follow at Fort Donaldson Cemetery.
The Hooper family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service Wednesday.
Ethel Mae entered this life on November 15, 1933 in Clarksville, TN. daughter to the late Cleveland and Lena Hall. Ethel Mae was a member of One Way House of Prayer.
In addition to her parents, Ethel Mae was preceded in death by her husband Oscar Hooper seven children Rena Schmidt, Brenda Hooper, Benjamin Hooper, Earl Hooper, Helen Arnold, Joyce Reddick, Patsy Burkholder, and one sister Louise Harris.
Survivors include her loving five children Oscar Hooper Jr. Robert Hooper, Cheryl Dennis, Malinda Campbell, and Wayne Hooper, 26 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Serving as pallbearers will be Luke Reddick, Donnie Arnold, Steven Lancaster, Lucas Lancaster, Chris Bryant, and Kevin Schmidt.
