Ethel Hairgrove-Johnson

Ethel Dee Hairgrove-Johnson, age 72 of Clarksville passed away Sunday, August 13, 2017.
Memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Thursday, August 17, 2017 at First Baptist of Clarksville with Rev. Cal Hampton officiating. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until the hour of the service at the church.
Ethel was born on February 3, 1945 in Houston TX, daughter to the late Richard Hairgrove and Bessie Wilson Hairgrove.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Clarksville and of the DAR. Ethel was a College History and English Professor at APSU and other Colleges.
Survivors include husband, Jeff Johnson; sons, Warren Johnson, Wayne Johnson; daughter, Wendy Johnson; brothers, Alfred Hairgrove, Preston Hairgrove; sisters, Dixie Sanders, Martha Pye.
