Ethan Taylor Hawkins, age 22, passed away on Monday, March 12, 2018. Ethan was born on April 9, 1995 in Clarksville, TN to James Damon Hawkins and Elizabeth Faulkner. Ethan was a graduate of Clarksville High School, and owned his own lawn care business.
Ethan is preceded in death by his mother. In addition to his father, he is survived by his paternal grandfather, James Hawkins; paternal grandmother, Carole Hawkins; maternal grandparents, Tommy and Gail Faulkner; brothers, Andrew and Brock Young.
