Ernestine Opal Sheppard, age 98, passed away Sunday, October 27, 2013 at her home in Clarksville.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at Greenwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home.
Ernestine entered this life on June 17, 1915 to E.A. and Myrtle M.L. Evans Broadbent. She was a loving homemaker and a member of the church family at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Ernestine was preceded in death by her husband, Alex Cunningham Sheppard and is survived her son, John R. Sheppard of Southside and grandsons, J. Daniel Sheppard of Southside and John Alex Sheppard of Springfield.
