Erma Stacey

Erma Pauline Stacey, 87, Old Hickory, formerly of Clarksville, died Thursday, August 6, 2009, at Skyline Medical Center, Nashville. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Gary Mink officiating. Burial will be in Albright Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Saturday and from 12 noon until the hour of service Sunday at the funeral home. She was born October 5, 1921 in Montgomery County and was preceded in death by her parents, John and Della Morgan Bateman; husband, Odell Stacey. Mrs. Stacey was the retired owner of Stacey's Grocery. She is survived by her son, Steven Mark Stacey, Madison; brother, Arthur Bateman; grandchildren, Shane Brindley, Isaac Brindley, Michelle Whitaker, Terry Piercey, Michael Piercey; nieces, Anita Dean and Beverly Scruggs. Pallbearers will be Ike Brindley, Michael Piercey, Terry Piercey, Chris Piercey, Perry Piercey and David Whitaker.
