Emma Hope Phillips, the infant daughter of Scott Phillips and Christy Marie Phillips, passed away at her home on Sunday, May 3, 2015.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at First Baptist Church with Revs. Pat VanDyke and Chris Edmondson officiating.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday.
Emma was born on March 26, 2014 in Montgomery County. In addition to her parents, Scott and Christy Blaylock Phillips, Emma is survived by her paternal grandparents, Clint and Ann Phillips; maternal grandparents, Paul and Janie Blaylock; paternal great-grandparents, Scott and Linda Sheflin; maternal great-grandparents, Jimmy and Betty Killian and Harvey and Cheryl Lee.
