Emily (Willoughby) Waack, 31, Clarksville, died Friday, June 11, 2010, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center, Hopkinsville. A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, June 18, 2010 at Faith Worship Center of First Baptist Church, 435 Madison St., Clarksville, Tennessee with Chaplain Tim Willoughby and Rev. Ron Edmondson officiating. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until the time of service Friday at the church. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born July 26, 1978 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, daughter of Tim Willoughby and Jane Smith Willoughby. Mrs. Waack was a teacher with the Ft. Campbell School System, attended Grace Community Church, a Children's Church teacher, and was a member of NEA (National Educator's Association). In addition to her parents of Tampa, Florida, survivors include her husband, James Waack, son Justin Waack and daughter Audriana Waack, all of Clarksville, and brother James Willoughby of Tipp City, Ohio. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the James Waack Scholarship Fund, for the children of Emily and James, c/o any Green Bank branch.
