Elsie Virginia Masters, age 77, of Woodlawn, TN went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.
Celebration of Life will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, October 12, 2023, at First Baptist Church, Woodlawn with Rev. Rocky Sickel officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from 4 to 6 p.m. at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home and again on Thursday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the church.
Virgina entered this life on May 25, 1946, in Clarksville, TN to the late Dock V and Christine Chisenhall. She was a member of First Baptist Woodlawn and spent over 30 years driving a school bus. The students lovingly knew her as “George”.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Jeremy “Chris” McLean, and granddaughter, Amber Webster.
Survivors include her husband, Carl Masters; children, Johnny (Kim) Masters, Sonya Dallas, Dawn Mann, and Liz Webster; daughter-in-law, Terri McLean; grandchildren, Jeremy Dallas, Katlyn Coward (Dan), Kacy Butts (Matt), Sam Masters, Isaac Masters, Eric Webster, Ericka Webster, Monica Webster, Jenna Johnson, Jacob Dallas, Mikayla Davis, McKenzie McLean, Christen McLean, Carley Mann, Cameron McLean, and Izzy McLean; four great-grandchildren and one on the way.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church Woodlawn.
