Her remains will be cremated and she will be laid to rest in Media Cemetery, Media, Pennsylvania.
Elsie entered into this life on May 22, 1932 in Middlesboro, Kentucky to George and Lizzie Vaughn Surber. Elsie was retired from a career in Security with the Pennsylvania public school systems and was a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Blaylock. Survivors include her children, Robert Hunley, Patty Cole and her husband William, and Gary Hunley. She was also the proud grandmother of seven grandchildren.
