Ellie Mae Flannigan, age 71 of Clarksville, passed away on October 3, 2016 at the home of her daughter surrounded by family.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, October 8, 2016 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Co-Pastor, Susan Washington officiating. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until the hour of service Saturday.
Ellie was born on August 15, 1945 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She was the daughter of the late Chalmus Clark Sr. and Dorothy Ann McKnight Clark. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by granddaughter, Isis Lilliana Serenity Durr; grandson, Clayton Rex Durr Jr.; brother, Jesse Lee Clark; son-in-law, Aaron D. Jones Sr.
She is survived by her son, Wayne Flannigan; daughters, Nicole Renee (Clayton R. Durr Sr.) Jones and Tina Marie (Kenneth Murray) Caffey; brothers, Matthew (Triffee) Clark, Chalmus Clark Jr., and James Lee Clark; sisters, Delilah (Dennis) Duncan and Mamie Tyler; 8 grandchildren, Raphael Caffey, Mark Caffey, Adeia Caffey, Joshua Caffey, Aaron D. Jones Jr., Nicole Ellie-Marie Jones, Michelle M. Jones, and Chance R. Durr.
