Elizabeth Denney

Elizabeth Rinehart Denney, 89, formerly of Clarksville, died Saturday, July 5, 2008, at her home in Beech Grove, IN. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Mark Carrigan officiating. Burial will be in Davidson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday and from 10 a.m. until the time of service Monday at the funeral home. She was born February 7, 1919 in Montgomery Co., TN daughter of Frank Edmond Rinehart and Lucy Mai Mohorn Rinehart. Mrs. Denney was a member of Hickory Point United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Lester Leonard Denny, her son Albert Denny, and brother William Howard Rinehart. Survivors include her nieces Alice Hockersmith and Shirley Whittaker; nephew William Rinehart Jr.; great-niece Melissa Hockersmith and many other great nieces and nephews.
