Eleanor Smith

Eleanor Ida Smith, 78, Tampa, FL, died Friday, July 25,2008, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Jones-Stewart Funeral Home in Lyons, GA. Burial will be in Lyons City Cemetery, Lyons, GA. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born April 26, 1930 in Milton, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer Rost and Mabel Armantrout Rost and her husband, Hubert Smith. Mrs. Smith was a retired Cafteria Worker and was a member of Hillsborough United Methodist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Frances (Fred) Johnson Manzitto, Pleasant View, TN; brother, Clyde Rost, Pensacola, FL; sister, Lucile Feldt, Fruitland Park, FL; grandchildren, Emily Johnson, Jessica Johnson and Angelina Manzitto.
