Elaine Reichert

Elaine Marie Reichert, 82, Palmyra, died Sunday, February 6, 2011, at Signature Health Care of Erin. A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Locust Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Rev. Tim Ferrell officiating. Burial will be in Nesbitt Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. Thursday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel and from 11 a.m. until the hour of service Friday at the church. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born June 27, 1928 in Cook County, IL and was preceded in death by her parents, Harry A. and Otillie Gertrude Holub; and her husband, Homer Reichert. Mrs. Reichert was a retired foreman of a lighting company, member and Sunday School Teacher at Locust Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church, volunteer at the senior citizens center where she taught ceramics, and well known in the Home Demonstration Club for her stitching. Survivors include her son, William (Linda) Gould, Hillside, IL; daughters, Anne (Dennis) Kibling, St. Charles, IL, Elaine (Roger) Guinan, Hodgkins, IL; grandchildren, Barbara Trimarco, Scott Kibling, Denise Santoro, Jim Gould, Lisa Leban, Randy Guinan; and nine great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Greg Leban, Jim Gould, Marc Santoro, Brandon Chambers, Phillip Chambers, Mac Nolen and Ralph Baggett.
