Edward Kelley "E.K." Dreaden, 76, Tennessee Ridge, died Wednesday, December 24, 2008, at Patient's Choice Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Nave Funeral Home with the Revs. Harriet Bryan Harris and Dean Lee officiating. Burial will be in McDonald Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday and from 8 a.m. until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home. Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born October 4, 1932 in Houston County, son of the late Thomas Dreaden and Clara Waynick Dreaden. He was a retired machinist for TVA. Survivors include his wife Thelda "Teddy" Dreaden, three daughters Joye Apanowicz of Murfreesboro, Beth Flynt of Cumberland City, Kelley Mayo, of Franklin, brother Howard Dreaden of Atlanta, sisters Christine Kirtland of Manassas, VA and Margaret Witt of Madison, TN, eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
