Edwin Roy Staab, 91 of Clarksville, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, August 7, 2022 at Fieldstone Place Assisted Living.
Ed entered this life on January 26, 1931 in Berywn, NE son of the late Reuben Albert and Opal Verda Bennett Staab. He was a retired school teacher and coach at LaQuinta H.S. in the Garden Grove USD. Ed was also a US Army Veteran and Baptist by faith. In addition to his parents Ed was preceded in death by his siblings, Bernard, Max, John Staab and step-son, David Hirt.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Roberta Gardner Hirt Staab; sons, Mark D. (Susan) Staab and Gregg (Debe) Staab; step-children, Larry (Janet) Hirt, John (Debbie) Hirt, Jim (Jennifer) Hirt and Sandra (Steve) Sireika; 2 grandchildren; 10 step grandchildren and 10 Step great-grandchildren; his siblings, Harry Staab, Larry Staab, Rollie Staab, Della Arlene Gert and Phyllis Mae Samp.
A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, August 22, 2022 at Fieldstone Place Assisted Living.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Iowa Regular Baptist Camp, PO Box 80, Ventura, IA 50482
